Jeff Davis Water District 4 Board Members are proud of our current team and their accomplishments:

Charles Crochet is our Manager, has been enployed with us since December 2016, He is currently a Class 3 Water Operations Specialist in Water Production, Water Treatment & Water Distribution.

For our size system operators must obtain a minimum level of Class 2 in Production, Treatment & Distribution.

Our team has increased the quality of water at Jeff Davis Water District #4 to a class of water that has three times (2013, 2014 and 2015) been awarded "Best Tasting Water in Louisiana" at the Louisiana Rural Water Association Conference. In 2018 Jeff Davis Water District #4 was awarded "Water System of the Year, South" at the Louisiana Rural Water Association Conference. In 2019 Jeff Davis Water District #4 was once again awarded "Best Tasting Water in Louisiana". Our past Manager Tony Sonnier was also awarded with "Water Operations Specialist of the Year South" award at the Louisiana Rural Water Association Conference.

Our Team also keeps up with and maintains all current Louisiana Department of Health (LDH), Environmental Protection Agency(EPA), Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ), Department of Natural Resources (DNR) rules and regulations. Working endless hours at times to keep our water safe and clean. The commitment that our team has for this endless task of regulation changes, pipe ruptures, pump failures, well problems, and their willingness to help customers anytime day or night is commended by the Jeff Davis Water District #4 Board.
